HI! I'M VAN
I love creating beautiful charts, the statistical programming R, cats, books by Khaled Hosseini, and last but never least, Thai foods.
I studied math and finance, finishing my BSc in 2016. I used to work in banking but moved to a biotech company shortly thereafter. I like working with data and have been teaching myself data science knowledge by following online courses on platforms such as Coursera and Udacity, hoping to build up the necessary background to kickstart a career in data science.
This blog is a collection of personal projects that I have been working on as part of my self-study. It is built with Jekyll and GitHub Markdown and hosted on GitHub Pages.
